Shipping & Returns

Most U.S. orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Your order may take longer if we are temporarily out of stock on any of the items you ordered. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will estimate when the item will be available and give you the choice to hold your entire order for the item, cancel the item, or have us split your order into multiple shipments.

We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order, in full, as soon as possible.If you select Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-Day shipping options, these time periods are promised from the time of shipping, not from the time the order was submitted.

Some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, and may arrive at earlier or later than the items we ship from our warehouse. If you receive a partial shipment, we suggest you wait a day or two before calling us to see whether the rest of your order arrives.Shipping costs are estimated at the time of your order based on weight, distance, and the type of delivery service you request. Actual shipping costs may vary slightly, as some large or bulky items cost more to ship. We will adjust your shipping costs when we process your order. In some cases, additional shipping costs may appear as a separate charge against your credit card. If the actual shipping costs for your order are higher than the estimate by more than a small amount, we will contact you by email and/or phone and ask whether you want to ship by the method you requested or want to change or cancel your order. If we are not able to reach you, or we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will ship the items to you anyway at the higher freight cost.If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us.

We generally do not ship out of the US but will consider Canadian and UK shipments with prior arrangements. If any of the items appear to be damaged, please contact us right away, and we will make every effort to replace the damaged item as soon as possible. We may ask you to send a digital photo of the damaged item and/or return it. We will make arrangements with you for these rare conditions. A Return Authorization Number is required to return any item, and these items must be returned via the freight method we select. We are not responsible for any items that you attempt to return without prior contact.
